decking) and the EPDM. It is used with the mechanically attached and
ballasted systems. Old felt can be left intact if the roof is sound
condition |

Roof Edge Trim
Provides a professional finish to the roof edges. It is important that
the EPDM is clamped firmly on the perimeter to guard against wind uplift |

Weatherwise Adhesive
This is applied 100 mm in from the gutter edge and forms a non
setting base to which the ballast is held firmly. It prevents
the ballast from falling into the flat roof gutter during storms |

 |
Seam Adhesive
Bonds EPDM to EPDM only. Used also to bond EPDM to raw rubber (uncured) and the anchor strip to EPDM. Available in 3.75 litre

 |
Uncured Rubber
For flat roof details like flat roof skylights, pipes and flat roof venrs etc. Because it is
uncured, it is malleable and can be stretched and shaped into
any form. Bonded with Seam adhesive. |
 |
Splice Cleaner
Used to prime the surface of EPDM when bonding to more EPDM used in
conjunction with seam adhesive
|
 |
Anchor Strips and Plates

adhered to the grid with Seam Adhesive. Supplied with 100 fixing discs
that take standard woodscrews. |
